چکیده
A presente tese trata da Política Habitação, dos problemas vinculados à moradia em Salvador e principais agentes envolvidos no processo de formação do Cabula, um bairro popular estratégico dessa cidade. Buscaram-se informações diretas sobre os temas analisados, através entrevistas profundidade com aqueles agentes, além se utilizarem referências bibliográficas, documentação cartográfica legislativa. Ao final trabalho, das conclusões a que chegou, apontaram- se, também, aspectos relevantes devem ser considerados ações visem uma melhor qualidade vida, tanto para o como cidade todo.
